A practical, immersive workshop grounded in Relational Life Therapy
“I didn’t know how to put into words what we were trying to do and failing at until attending this Bootcamp. It helped us find the tools to readjust and make our relationship stronger.”
Jessica Spall, Participant
What Is the Relationship Skills Bootcamp?
Developed by Terry Real, the Relationship Skills Bootcamp is a two-day immersive workshop grounded in his Relational Life Therapy model.
Led by certified RLT facilitators, this experience teaches practical skills for communication, accountability, boundary setting, and conflict repair.

Is this therapy?
No. The Bootcamp is an educational workshop, not therapy. While the experience can be personal and emotionally meaningful, it is structured as skills based learning delivered in a group setting. Participants are encouraged to seek individual or couples therapy if they need ongoing clinical support.
Can I attend alone?
Yes. Individuals are welcome. While many participants attend as couples, the skills taught are equally valuable for individuals who want to improve communication, boundaries, and relational patterns.
Is this appropriate if we are in crisis?
The Bootcamp can be helpful for couples experiencing tension or disconnection. However, if there is active abuse, untreated addiction, or immediate safety concerns, we recommend seeking licensed clinical support before attending.
Are professionals allowed to attend?
Yes. Mental health professionals often attend to experience the Relational Life Therapy model in action. Participation is required. This is not an observation only training.
Is the workshop confidential?
Yes. Participants agree to respect the privacy of others. While facilitators maintain professional standards, the group format means confidentiality also depends on mutual respect among attendees.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds.
